The timber trade company “MICHELE ALFANO LEGNAMERIA ITALIANA S.P.A.” was founded in the early years of 1900, became a joint-stock company in 1952, realized 1979 new warehouse in Rome in Viale della Bella Villa N° 231, extended business in Piemonte in 1988 with a warehouse in Romagnano Sesia (NO). In 2001 was acquired the company Longetti in Ponte San Giovanni (PG) which nowadays is called “ALFANO LEGNAMI S.P.A.”

The history of the company stands for experience and skil-ful organization of the import of timber from North and South America Asia, Africa, North and Eastern Europe, and distribution in Italy of timber, panels and semi-manufactured products.

The MICHELE ALFANO LEGNAMERIA ITALIANA S.P.A. is in business in Russia together with ABEL UNION who, having office in Moscow and the constant presence of Russian workers near lumbers-mills and harbours, provides best quality timber on best terms and guarantees the continuity of supply for the future.
